All affiliates must sign a licensing
agreement for permission to use the name Hippie Radio® and a consulting agreement
for the use of clocks, rotations, liners, imaging, and other proprietary formatic structure. Both agreements include an initial term of two (2)
years and subsequent automatic one (1) year renewals. Station may
terminate with 90 days written notice upon completion of initial two (2) year
term.
